Even though I am not the person who started the pain thread, i have started it up. The main reason being that I have some pain to rant about. To keep it as short as I can, my kneecaps are hurting like hell, only when I move them and only one at a time. However while I'm trying to hobble around, they will sometimes change so that the other kneecap is hurting and the pain in the other goes away. This actually happens pretty fast and isn't slow, one second one kneecap hurts and then the other one hurts like hell. while I'm on that kneecap trying to stay away from the pain. It's not fun in the slightest, any idea how to make this stop?

I'd reckomend probably just dealing with the pain and using both legs normally- the reason the pain is shifting is probably because you stop using the hurting one, then the normal one gets tired after a little while. It might be a little painful, but it should hopefully work out any kinks. You might have pulled a muscle somewhere, but definately not anything serious like snapping a ligament because if that was the case the affected kneecap would hurt all of the time and the pain wouldn't switch. If the pain doesn't get any better, then you should perhaps see someone about it. I don't know what the done thing over there is, but in England we tend to ignore any pain and carry on acting normally, and that seems to work. How painful is it? Like, is it like being punched in the nose or poked in the arm? [/blockquote]
