Glitch?

Okay, whenever I'm logged in and I try to click "Profile" at the top, it won't let me access it. owo Says FORBIDDEN I don't have access to this site, blah blah blah. Kind of annoying.

Also, when I log out, "Profile", "Admin", and "Logout" remain, while there's no "Log In."

Is this a glitch/bug/whatever, or is it s'posed to be like that? owo

Sorted out the Profile thing, was a '>' sign in coding where it shouldn't be. The reason for that is because in order to have the banner at the top without the PM thingy being annoying at the side and the menu thingy with the links on being the same size as the banner, I had to erase the header thing entirely. Then I replaced it with a little more coding to show the image and the menu thing beneath it, 'cos I don't know how to do that a different way without having loads of coding and having to learn that coding in the first place. Also I don't know how to code it so that it knows whether you're logged in or not, and the PM bar may be coded at some point, although I have a lot of homework, people on other sites are asking me to do stuff and every day this week I'm only gonna be able to have an hour or two at home to do homework and maybe a little computer time. In future weeks I'll be free on Thursdays, though.
